Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee the nursing units in a Long Term Care (LTC) facility. Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, you will ensure the effective operation of the nursing department in compliance with established policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
Provide clinical supervision to nursing staff on assigned shifts. Plan, direct, coordinate, and evaluate nursing activities to ensure quality resident care. Communicate effectively with management regarding unit issues and collaborate on resolutions. Make sound administrative decisions in the absence of the Director of Nursing. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Current New York State RN Licensure. Minimum of one (1) year of Long Term Care experience. Previous supervisory experience in a clinical setting. BLS Certification through AHA or RQI is required. Why ARMStaffing?
