Travel Nurse RN - CVOR - $2,622 per week in Phoenix, AZ

Job Title: Cardiothoracic Surgery RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Cardiothoracic Surgery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 4, 10-hour days Hours per Shift: 0630-1700 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: CNOR preferred but not required Description: The RN will work in a Cardiovascular Operating Room. The unit includes 6 operating rooms and 1 hybrid operating room. The RN will participate in approximately 7 cases per day, with a maximum of 15 cases. Shifts are Monday through Friday, with mandatory call obligations. Weekend call includes one weekend of first call per month and one weekend of second call per month. Holidays may be required if on call. The RN will float to General OR or BNI OR as needed. Charge Nurse responsibilities may be assigned. The team includes certified surgical technologists. Scrubs are steel blue in color. Common cases include open heart, vascular, endoscopic, thoracic, esophageal, general surgery, hepatobiliary, and transplants (lung, liver, and kidney). Please note that the facility can cancel up to 4 shifts during the assignment. The charting system used is Cerner. A BSN is not required for this position. The care setting is acute care. The facility is a trauma level 1 center.
