Job Opportunity: General Manager at HTX Sports Bar & Entertainment Venue

This brand new HTX sports bar and entertainment venue is currently seeking a General Manager with high volume bar experience.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 2 years salaried restaurant management experience in a regional or national full-service concept.
2. Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented, with proven problem-solving skills.
3. Outstanding leadership, interpersonal communication, and staff development skills.
4. Ability to identify opportunities and create actionable plans.
5. Proven track record in managing budgets and controlling costs to optimize profits.

Compensation:

1. $75,000-$85,000 base salary.
2. Aggressive annual bonus of 20% - 30% of base salary, paid quarterly.
