Regional Manager-Sports Medicine - Northeast for Arthrex, Inc..

The territory for this position covers the following states: New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine. The position is based in Boston, Massachusetts; however, remote work in other locations in the territory, ideally near a major metropolitan airport, will be considered.

Compensation

The targeted cash compensation package (Base, Commissions and Bonus) for this position is $200,000 to $250,000. There is potential to exceed this amount based on experience and performance in the role. Arthrex contributes to a non-qualified retirement plan funded entirely by Arthrex on your behalf after one year of employment. Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with key customers, sales agencies, and internal departments to drive strategies and market growth.
  • Drive sales strategies, hit sales goals, and contribute to ongoing market growth within the Sports Medicine product line.
  • Develop independent sales teams (agency) and coach representatives; manage product training and related programs; educate the sales team on sales tactics.
  • Propose sales programs and training ideas to Regional Director and SVP of Sales to address new and existing account growth, multi-product sales, and competitive strategies.
  • Ensure effective use of sales support, manage account and third-party contracts, and negotiate pricing (pre-approved by Regional Director and SVP of Sales).
  • Travel 3+ days per week; may include weekend work.
  • Communicate regular field activity to leadership (President, SVP of Sales, Regional Director, and internal management).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Three years or more of Arthrex, Arthrex agency, or competitive sports medicine, arthroscopy, extremity, and/or product sales experience required.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, leadership, and writing skills.
  • Knowledge of the company's products, pricing practices, and selling skills.
  • Effective management, time management, communications, decision making, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Professional appearance and presentation; strong knowledge and usage of Microsoft Office; PCs and various software as required.

Travel & Location

The position is based in Boston, MA; travel is required and remote work in other territory locations will be considered.
