Key Responsibilities:

Lead

preconstruction efforts , including

conceptual and detailed estimating, scheduling, constructability analysis, value management, BIM, and procurement. Collaborate with

owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and suppliers

to ensure project success. Maintain subcontractor relationships and stay informed on market trends. Play an

active role in industry organizations

and business development efforts. Supervisory Role:

Work alongside

Chief Estimator, Regional Managers, and leadership teams

to allocate resources effectively. Oversee preconstruction team members and coordinate assignments with direct supervisors.
