- Full time Monday ‐ Friday schedule
- 12 ‐ 15 patient encounters per shift
- 2 days surgery center + 3 days clinic weekly
- Pain management procedures in surgery center setting
- Active fluoroscopy required
- Performs epidurals, facet injections, and ablations
- Option for shared coverage ‐‐ 2 weeks on/2 weeks off rotation

From $300.00 to $400.00 Hourly
