As a Nursing Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provideresidents with routine daily nursing care and services Chartall appropriate documentation Maintainpatient confidentiality As a Nursing Assistant (NA) you will workwith nurse supervisor to monitor any changes in condition Communicateboth orally and written with staff, residents, family members, etc Fostera supportive, compassionate environment for our residents and their families Adheres to the policies and procedures of the facility Otherduties as assigned REQUIREMENTS:
