We are seeking an experienced
Process Engineer
to optimize and maintain robust manufacturing, assembly, and support processes that ensure high-quality, cost-efficient, and timely vehicle production. This role requires strong technical expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives across our operations.
Key Responsibilities
Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement : Identify inefficiencies or waste in time, materials, and manpower. Lead improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and value-stream mapping to increase throughput, reduce costs, and enhance quality. Problem Solving & Root Cause Analysis : Investigate production issues such as defects, downtime, and bottlenecks using structured methodologies (8D, DMAIC). Implement corrective and preventive actions to sustain improvements. Quality Assurance : Ensure all processes align with product quality standards. Conduct capability studies, audits, and testing to maintain compliance and performance. Equipment & Automation Oversight : Collaborate with teams on automation, robotics, PLCs, sensors, and conveyor systems. Support new equipment integration, safety compliance, and specification adherence. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Electrical Engineering, or related field. 7+ years of industrial or manufacturing engineering experience (automotive industry experience strongly preferred). Technical Skills
Solid understanding of manufacturing systems, process flow, automation, robotics, PLCs, and sensor technologies. Proficiency with quality systems, statistical tools, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement practices. Hands-on experience with Lean tools and CI initiatives. Professional Skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to work effectively across departments.
