This is a Field Clinical Specialist - Sonographer role Nationwide. As a Field Clinical Specialist - Sonograher, you will be a trusted clinical partner to physicians and healthcare teams, combining advanced echocardiographic imaging with hands-on cardiac rhythm management (CRM) device support. Your role is central to patient selection, procedural success, and long-term device management.

What You'll Do

As an Field Clinical Specialist - Sonographer, you will:

Perform high-quality echocardiographic screenings to guide therapy selection and support clinical decision-making. Provide in-lab support for CRM device implantations, including setup, programming, and troubleshooting. Support physicians during procedures and ensure optimal device function and patient outcomes. Conduct follow-up care, including device interrogations, programming adjustments, and ongoing clinical support. Educate healthcare providers on echo findings, device therapy, and workflow best practices. Act as a key clinical resource for both external stakeholders (physicians, hospital staff) and internal teams. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive therapy adoption and optimize patient care pathways. What You'll Need

Bachelor's degree in a health sciences field or equivalent clinical training required. Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS), Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS), or equivalent credential strongly preferred. Proven experience in echocardiography within a clinical or hospital setting. Demonstrated proficiency in CRM device therapy, including implantation support, programming, and follow-up. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to travel frequently to support clinical cases and provider training. Preferred Experience:

Prior experience supporting physicians in electrophysiology and CRM therapies. Background in clinical education or healthcare provider training. Comfort navigating complex clinical environments and building trusted physician relationships. Perks of the Job

Compensation:

Base: $135,000 Variable: $20,000 x 4k per QTR Total: $155,000

$800 monthly car allowance (no mileage reimbursement, as travel is primarily by air).

$200 monthly communication Totaling $12,000 annually
