What will I do in this role with Garden Spot?
As an
Clinical Care Coordinator,
supporting the Garden Spot Communities' mission will include the following responsibilities:
Reviews residents admitted and compares physician orders with each resident's plan of care to ensure appropriate implementation of the physician's plan of care. Participates in the Quality Assessment and Assurance Program for the nursing department, in cooperation with the Quality Assurance Committee. Supervises the Infection Control Program by reviewing infection control reports from charge nurses; analyzes data and presents to Quality Assurance Committee. Establishes rapport with residents' families, staff and physicians, and others to facilitate and maintain our philosophy of Person-Centered Care. Participates in activities for residents in their household, geared to the interest and abilities of their elders, subsequently documenting activity participation and responses in Point Click Care. Registered by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a licensed registered nurse. Possesses initiative, judgment, dependability, and leadership skills. Possesses the ability to work cooperatively with others and to delegate wisely. Possesses the ability to teach documentation skills to team members. Possesses basic computer data entry skills.
