Director of Admissions/Concierge Location: Belle Fountain - 18591 Quarry Rd., Riverview, MI, 48193 Skills: Work closely with Central Intake to coordinate all admissions into the center Conduct Tours Work to maintain and exceed the census goal Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and customer services skills Excellent sales and customer service skills Proficient with Microsoft Suite or related software Supervisory experience Some local travel Experience with Admission Process Management Experience with relationship building Experience with marketing and outreach include organizing and participating community events Experience resident and family support to address concerns to ensure satisfaction and a positive transition Team Collaboration with other departments to ensure bed availability and readiness for new residents Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree Minimum of 2 years in healthcare Additional Information:
