Eligibility for individual benefit plans may vary based on employment status. Reporting to the President of CMS, the Director of Customer Programs plays a key role at Chromalloy Material Solutions. This role is responsible for the profit and loss and operational excellence of assigned customer engine material management programs. In this key position, the Director of Customer Programs will be the primary focal point between the customer, CMS, and Chromalloy executives. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the face of Chromalloy Material Solutions to the customer for all assigned material management programs, ensuring exceptional service and communication. Lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of customer programs to meet or exceed performance targets. Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Procurement, Product Line, Repairs, Warehouse, and other internal teams to align material strategies with business goals. Develop and implement program strategies that increase customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and program profitability. Monitor program performance through KPIs and reporting tools, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Ensure compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, and industry regulations.

Effectively communicate program financial, operational and customer satisfaction levels to senior executives at Chromalloy.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field (Master's preferred) 10+ years of experience in program management, customer service, or operations in the aviation industry. Preferably on aircraft engines. Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex customer programs. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in program management tools and ERP systems.

Preferred Qualifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification MBA or other relevant graduate degree Experience in managing material customer contracts Experience working at or with an Airline, MRO, OEM or supplier. Preferably aircraft engines or components.
