Aid patients and their families in understanding therapeutic objectives, discharge plans, and home exercise programs. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of evaluations, treatments, and progress per facility standards and regulations. Engage in interdisciplinary meetings and care team discussions to ensure seamless and coordinated patient care. Education
Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent accredited degree. Certifications
Active state licensure as a
Physical Therapist . CPR certification preferred. Additional specialized certifications (e.g., in geriatric or neurological therapy) would be advantageous. Skills
Prior experience is strongly preferred. Ability to manage patients with diverse medical conditions and mobility challenges. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Proficient in digital documentation and clinical record-keeping systems. Benefits
