Material Management Operator (MMO) Responsibilities:

Manually move freight, stock, or other materials

Receive the material delivered by the suppliers from the trucks and stock it in a dedicated area; load and ship the delivery to a specified distribution center

Deliver material to production

Issue, pick, and pack materials to be delivered and repack them if needed

In charge of running a specific transaction into SAP in order to receive the material into the system

Material Management Operator (MMO) Qualifications:

Warehouse experience - including order picking, order packing, and material handling experience

SAP experience

Stand-up reach forklift experience preferred, or willingness and ability to be trained on one

Ability to walk at least 13,000 steps / 5 miles a day

Solid work history AND work ethic

Team player skills and attention-to-detail

Cycle Counter Responsibilities:

Perform daily cycle counts on a scheduled basis to verify product inventory levels

Compare physical counts to inventory records, investigate discrepancies, and report findings

Utilize SAP or other ERP systems to record and reconcile inventory counts, ensuring accurate data entry and system updates

Adjust inventory records as necessary to reflect accurate inventory levels in the system.

Identify and report damaged, outdated, or missing inventory to management

Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, to move items during counts (if required)

Work closely with warehouse staff to reconcile variances between inventory records and physical counts

Assist in periodic full physical inventory counts

Maintain accurate and detailed records of counts and discrepancies for reporting purposes

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures while conducting counts in the warehouse

Support other warehouse functions as needed, including receiving, picking, and shipping activities

Cycle Counter Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED equivalent

2+ years of experience in a warehouse environment in inventory control or as a cycle counter

Proficiency with SAP or other ERP systems is required

Familiarity with inventory management systems (WMS) and basic data entry

Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification may be required)

Good communication skills and the ability to work well with warehouse staff and management

Basic math and counting skills

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods

Experience with RF scanners or handheld inventory devices

Knowledge of safety procedures and warehouse operations

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Ability to lift and carry items up to 45 pounds

Frequent walking, standing, and bending while conducting inventory counts

Picker/Packer Responsibilities:

Receive the material - in charge of unloading delivered material from the trucks and stocking it in a dedicated area

Finalize good receipts - in charge of running specific transaction into SAP to receive the material into the system

Deliver material to production: in charge of moving the material inside the shop floor and stocking the material into the warehouse or deliver it to production when needed

Pick and pack the material by hand, and repacking when needed

Load and ship the delivery

Manually move freight, stock, or other materials or perform other unskilled general labor

Picker/Packer Qualifications:

2+ years of Pick & Pack experience

Solid Work History & Updated Resume

Basic math skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced role while ensuring accuracy

Demonstrate initiative and efficiency

Have a positive, can-do attitude

Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift through 10-hr shift

Ability to carry boxes of up to 50 lbs

Receiver Responsibilities:

Unload and inspect incoming shipments: Responsible for receiving incoming goods, verifying them against purchase orders or packing lists, and checking for damage or discrepancies

Log receipts into SAP/system: Perform data entry to log received materials into inventory systems, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation

Label and tag incoming material: Accurately label materials with part numbers, quantities, and storage locations

Organize and store materials: Safely transport and store received items in designated storage areas using pallet jacks or other material handling equipment

Communicate with vendors and internal teams: Work with purchasing and warehouse teams to resolve delivery issues or inventory discrepancies

Maintain cleanliness and organization of receiving area: Ensure a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area in compliance with safety procedures

Receiver Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in a receiving or warehouse clerk role

Familiarity with SAP or other inventory management systems

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to read and interpret shipping documents, invoices, and part numbers

Basic computer skills (e.g., data entry, email communication)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs

Comfortable standing, bending, and walking for extended periods
