Description
We seek a
Car Wash Lead
to operate our store's car wash. This person will manage a small team of Car Wash Attendants. Duties will primarily focus on car wash operations and assist inside the convenience store when needed.
Responsibilities
Train, manage, and lead the car wash team Deliver exceptional customer service to build repeat customers Perform general car wash services Load cars into the wash tunnel Oversee all point-of-sale transactions Execute car wash promotions and on-site advertising Manage supplies and ensure that the building and equipment are maintained, inspect and test car wash systems, and keep vacuums unclogged and hoses hung properly Keep the premises looking great, including cleaning floors, counters, and windows, keeping outside areas free of litter, and emptying trashcans Assist the store manager with scheduling, responding to customer concerns, and other duties as needed During slow times, assist the affiliated convenience store with cleaning, stocking, and other general duties Qualifications
Outstanding ability to lead a team Exceptional customer service skills Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and work for up to 10 hours in all weather conditions, which could include standing, walking, stooping, reaching, kneeling, and crouching/squatting At least 18 years of age Benefits
