Job Duties and Responsibilities What You'll Do: You will visit customers' homes, resolve issues, and introduce them to smart home technology. Install and maintain DISH equipment and smart home products in customers' residences. Educate customers on how to maximize their technology usage and recommend additional services when suitable.
