Job Summary - Account Executive:

We are seeking an ambitious Account Executive to drive new business and maintain strong relationships with commercial, industrial, and institutional clients. The ideal candidate will be a solution-oriented sales professional, capable of presenting and selling service, repair, retrofit, energy solutions, and building automation system (BAS) projects to key decision-makers, including both technical and executive-level stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare proposals and solutions tailored to customer requirements. Organize, review, and submit accurate bid documentation and cost estimates. Identify and develop new sales leads, qualify prospects, and make proactive sales calls. Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring profitability and adherence to company standards. Engage in cold-calling campaigns targeting prospective clients. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across client organizations. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred. Minimum 4 years of commercial HVAC sales or technical experience. Strong knowledge of HVAC codes, standards, and industry practices. Proven track record in B2B sales, including experience with both technical and executive audiences.
