Position Overview
Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our established team at the North Burnet Clinic in Austin, Texas. About the Role
As a Family Medicine Physician, you will provide comprehensive, continuous care to patients of all ages—children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. The ideal candidate will be passionate about whole-person care, skilled in managing both acute and chronic conditions, and committed to preventive medicine. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to improve patient outcomes and strengthen community health.
Practice Setting
The Baylor Scott & White Clinic - North Burnet serves the North Austin community, offering a wide range of services including:
- Preventive and primary care for all ages
- Access to specialty care such as cardiology, dermatology, and orthopedics
- On-site urgent care for common conditions such as asthma, flu, skin diseases, and musculoskeletal pain
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive, patient-focused primary care across the lifespan.
- Diagnose and treat a broad spectrum of acute illnesses and chronic conditions.
- Provide wellness exams, immunizations, and preventive screenings tailored to patient needs.
- Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare team members to coordinate care.
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with system protocols.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
- Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Texas by the Texas Medical Board.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine (ABMS or BOS).
- Demonstrated history of providing high-quality, compassionate care.
