DAY IN THE LIFE OF A GOLF COURSE BAG DROP AND OUTSIDE SERVICES TEAM MEMBER:
Our club in Atlanta, GA is seeking to hire a full-time Golf Course Outside Attendant. You provide outstanding customer service to our members and their guests. Friendly and welcoming, you provide immediate attention to all upon arrival. You carefully load bags from the storage room into carts, and upon their return, you remove waste and supplies, then move the clubs safely to their proper place. You are careful to inform the Pro Shop of any lost or missing clubs. You anticipate and fulfill customer needs in a variety of responsibilities to include working in the Cart Barn, greeting members to help with their bags, as well as monitoring the tee sheet and pace of play on the golf course. You enjoy having our beautiful grounds and facilities as a backdrop for your work and get great satisfaction out of helping our members and their guests have a exceptional golfing experience.
Position Summary:
As an Outside Services Attendant, you will be one of the first and last impressions for our members and their guests. This position requires a friendly, service-driven personality, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. You will play a key role in ensuring that daily golf operations run smoothly and that the club's high standards are upheld.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide a warm, professional welcome to all members and guests upon arrival
• Load and unload golf bags, ensuring safe handling and accurate return to storage or vehicle
• Prepare and stage golf carts with towels, tees, water, scorecards, and other supplies
• Maintain a clean, organized cart barn and bag room
• Clean, sanitize, and restock golf carts after each use
• Meticulously clean range balls, maintain range stations, and monitor practice facilities
• Keep the bag drop, staging area, and other outdoor facilities neat and presentable at all times
• Monitor tee times, communicate with the Pro Shop, and assist with pace-of-play
• Report lost or missing clubs promptly and professionally
• Provide assistance and anticipate needs before being asked
• Communicate effectively with the Golf Staff and fellow Outside Services Team Members
WORK SCHEDULE:
This full-time golf position requires working variable shifts including weekends and some holidays.

Similar work experience preferred High School Diploma or GED Valid driver's license Basic reading, writing, and math and skills Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time and lift up to 25 lbs. Exceptional customer service skills
Experience in a similar golf environment and some golf knowledge are highly desirable but multiple factors will be taken into consideration.
