Registered Nurse

for a float pool position. This role is responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered nursing care across various units, primarily in Med/Surg and Telemetry. The RN will assess, plan, and evaluate patient care, ensuring compliance with all professional standards and hospital policies. The position requires a high degree of flexibility and adaptability. Key Responsibilities & Qualifications Experience:

A minimum of

2 years of experience

is required. Med/Surg experience

is mandatory. Epic experience

is preferred. The ability to work in a float pool and adapt to different units is essential.

Licensure & Certifications:

A current

NYS RN License

is required. BLS

and

ACLS

certifications are required.

Skills:

Strong communication and collaboration skills. Excellent judgment and critical thinking abilities. Proficiency in planning, time management, and problem-solving. A commitment to quality, reliability, and patient safety.

Additional Information:

This is a 36-hour per week position with 12-hour day shifts. Candidates must be prepared to answer questions about their Epic experience and willingness to undergo training if needed.
