Job Title: Assembler
Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Assemblers to join our team, working on-site to perform essential assembly tasks. This role requires individuals who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, focusing on assembling nylon tubes and ensuring precise product completion.
Responsibilities
Perform two main assembly processes involving nylon tubes.
Execute the first process by inserting lightweight, long nylon tubes into a machine that bends them into the correct shape, following detailed work instructions.
Conduct the second process by placing nylon tubes on an assembly board, manually clipping them, and clamping them together, which requires physical effort.
Attend MTM badge orientation and KFS training on the first day.
Essential Skills
Experience in production and assembly line work.
Proficiency with hand tools and general labor tasks.
Ability to follow work instructions and operate machines.
Familiarity with mechanical and blueprint reading.
Experience with power tools and machine operation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with nylon tubes, calipers, and micrometers.
Ability to handle physical tasks and work on your feet all day.

Work Environment
Assemblers will work on-site and be required to stand for extended periods. The role includes two shifts: 1st shift from 7:00 am to 3:45 pm and 2nd shift from 7:00 pm to 3:45 am, with a 45-minute unpaid lunch and two 10-minute breaks. The position demands physical activity, including manual assembly tasks.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.88 - $19.88/hr.
