This critical role includes developing and executing global sourcing strategies that align with our corporate goals, ESG priorities, and operational needs. You will build and lead a high-performing category management organization, collaborate with business unit leaders to anticipate demand, and integrate supplier diversity, sustainability, and innovation into our sourcing practices. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing key spend categories, spearheading major RFPs, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 15 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or business transformation, along with a strong track record in leading category strategies and sourcing initiatives across various spend categories. Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills are essential, as is familiarity with procurement platforms.
