SENIOR CARE TEAM LEADER ! *Part Time *WEEKEND AVAILABILITY REQUIRED: Please apply only if you can work at least one day every weekend. Join us in serving our community! Our Home Instead Care Professionals provide essential in-home, non-medical services that empower seniors to remain comfortably in their own homes. We proudly serve Wake County, including the cities of Raleigh, Knightdale, Wake Forest, Garner, Clayton, Cary, Apex, Morrisville, Holly Springs, Fuquay Varina, and nearby areas. What We Offer: Guaranteed 40 hours/week Paid Sick Leave Paid Vacation Telehealth Benefits via Healthiest You AllState Benefits 401K with company match 24/7 Support from our dedicated office staff Mileage reimbursement Referral bonuses Direct Deposit Qualifications: Must be 18 years or older Reliable transportation Valid driver's license and auto insurance Resilient and adaptable Experience in a home care environment preferred Skilled in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) Strong patient care abilities Experience with Alzheimer's and dementia care Previous roles such as home health aide (HHA), personal care assistant (PCA), certified nursing assistant (CNA), or registered nurse (RN) are a plus Experience in elderly care or senior living facilities is desirable A background check, DMV check, and drug screening will be conducted by Home Instead Key Responsibilities: Work in homes with pets (dogs, cats, birds, fish) Mentor and support fellow Caregivers Deliver quality care to clients Monitor and record client health and behaviors Provide companionship and engage in conversation Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) Remind clients about medications and appointments Care for clients with Alzheimer's and dementia Provide transportation and run errands To excel as a Senior Care Team Leader, you should be: Reliable Patient A problem solver Highly organized A great communicator Capable of multitasking A self-starter Eager to teach and motivate others Demonstrating initiative and positive energy Resilient and adaptable "Be devoted to one another in love.
