Friendly, personable, and relationship-oriented Passionate about the mission of Idaho Youth Ranch Comfortable chatting on the phone (and actually enjoys it!) Has neat, legible handwriting Organized and detail-loving Thoughtful and genuine when expressing gratitude What You’ll Be Doing:
Write handwritten thank-you notes to our donors (yes, real mail-it still exists!) Make warm thank-you calls to express appreciation Help with mailers, stuffing envelopes, stamping, and getting them out the door Prepare seasonal holiday cards with care and creativity Track donor touchpoints in our Salesforce database (don’t worry, we’ll teach you!) Why This Role Matters: Our donors are the heartbeat behind everything we do-and they deserve to feel it! This role ensures each supporter feels seen, valued, and appreciated for their generosity. While we work on fine-tuning our donor caseloads, your personalized touch keeps our gratitude flowing and relationships strong.
