Your Role:
The Epic Training Analyst will play a crucial role in forming and implementing clinical, revenue cycle, and operational training strategies for AdventHealth Medical Group. You'll collaborate closely with medical group leadership to identify and address training needs among practice staff, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of new technologies and best practices.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting EHR and ancillary training efforts within the medical group.
Delivering onboarding and continuous training for new department acquisitions and providers.
Contributing to strategy, delivery, and implementation of operational projects.
Managing training programs and maintaining relevant materials for effective delivery.
Using innovative training methods to ensure comprehension and proficiency among end users.
Regularly assessing the educational needs based on performance analytics and job analyses.
Working collaboratively with various teams to optimize training efforts and workflows.

2363 63RD ST, Woodridge, 60517 Your Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: Associate degree, certificate, or 5 years of highly related experience 2 years of training experience in a healthcare environment Ability to facilitate classes independently Preferred Qualifications: 2 years of experience in physician practice operations Experience in adult learner education Knowledge of process improvement methods and tools, such as Lean/Six Sigma Required Certification: Valid Driver's License AdventHealth Epic Credentialed Trainer Certification (to be obtained within 60 days) If you are passionate about making a difference and helping others thrive, we encourage you to apply.
