Job Title: Material Handler/ General Labor
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a member of the Backshop. This role involves operating equipment, managing shipments, and maintaining inventory in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will contribute to the smooth operation of our facilities, ensuring that processes are efficient and timely.
Responsibilities
Operate ID/OD polishers.
Perform 'Air Underwater Hydro Testing'.
Operate or learn to operate forklifts.
Print and pick customer orders as scheduled.
Pack shipments in accordance with customer requirements.
Label customer packages accurately.
Stage and consolidate customer shipments when applicable.
Conduct finished goods inventory cycle counts.
Replenish inventory in storage racks.
Assist shipment loaders.
Become forklift certified and operate forklift safely and effectively.

Work Environment
Work the A shift is Monday- Thursday, 5am-5pm. The B shift from Monday to Thursday, 5pm-5am. Training may take 3-6 months. The plant employs roughly 100 people across 4 shifts in a non-union, safe, and friendly workplace.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
