Night Cleaner - 10 pm to 6 am - (approximately)

Pay Rate - $15.00

Basic Function

Pritchard Sports & Entertainment Group is seeking to hire Night Cleaners. As a Night Cleaner, you will be responsible for performing vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, trash removal restroom and break room cleaning, and other miscellaneous duties to ensure that the building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner. The ideal candidate will have a professional attitude & appearance and be self-motivated, hardworking, dependable, and responsible.

Organizational Relationship

Position(s) report to the Team Leaders.

Responsibilities

• Cleaners will be assigned a specific restroom and/or area of the facility to maintain after an event.
• Maintain and stock restrooms on a continuous basis throughout the shift.
• Continually upkeep suites, clubs, and premium areas.
• Remove trash, recyclables, and compost from all areas of the stadium and site exterior gates and walkway operations will commence before stadium doors open to support pre-event hosted activities as needed.
• Adhere to sustainability/recycling procedures.
• Maintain public and private concourses, stairways, loading docks, and service corridors to keep free of debris and spills.
• Pull trash from containers and re-line as required. Trash is to be removed to the designated location.
• Perform other service functions as directed.
• Maintain a neat, well-groomed appearance.
• Provide courteous customer service and assist guests with questions or concerns.
• Be informed about work assignment and know locations of entrances, exits, restrooms, telephones, concession areas, security, first aid, guest services, ticket offices, etc., and details on assigned events.
• Report accidents and injuries immediately to the Team Leaders.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Must be able to carry, push and/or pull, stoop, kneel, crouch and/or crawl.
• Must be able to climb up and down a ladder.
• Ability to work in hot, cold, and/or damp environments.
• Reliable Transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Janitor/Cleaning experience is a plus.
