Overview

Night Auditor role at HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group. We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Night Auditor to manage overnight front desk operations and ensure accurate daily financial reporting. In this role, you'll assist guests with late check-ins, reconcile the days transactions, and prepare reports for management. Ideal candidates are organized, trustworthy, and enjoy working independently in a quiet, overnight setting.

Responsibilities

• Be the key to our hotel's financial accuracy during the overnight hours, ensuring all transactions are recorded and reconciled correctly.
• Audit guest accounts, process night audit reports, and assist with guest check-ins and checkouts.
• Report to the Front Office Manager or Director of Finance/Controller.
• Opportunities for advancement within hospitality (e.g., front office supervisor/manager, hotel accounting or finance).

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or one year of hotel experience; hotel experience is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar or related position; a combination of education and experience
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as requiredwith or without reasonable accommodations
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
