Responsibilities: Driver/operator of company vehicles. Provides courteous and efficient delivery and pick-up of packages. Checks shipments for conformance to FedEx standards and performs related customer service functions. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education: High school diploma/GED. Must be licensed for the type of vehicle assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. with appropriate equipment and/or assistance. Good human relations and verbal communication skills. Neat appearance required due to customer contact. Must meet qualifications outlined in section 391 of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations. Requires medical exam in accordance with FMCSA or FAA regulations. Must be at least 21 years old. Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to understand traffic signs, communicate with traffic safety officials, and respond to inquiries and directions.
