$140,000-$160,000 + 15% annual bonus + Relocation assistance + full-time benefits (401k w/ match, health, dental, vision, life insurance, etc.)

Job Responsibilities: Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of health, safety, and environmental programs. Conduct and track employee and contractor HSE training to ensure compliance and best practices. Perform audits, inspections, and reviews to verify compliance with regulatory and internal standards. Manage regulatory filings, reports, and inspections, including air, water, and waste permits. Develop and execute annual HSE goals, strategies, and performance improvement plans. Oversee general safety compliance, incident investigations, and reporting requirements. Collaborate with operations leadership to integrate HSE practices into daily plant activities. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 5 years of HSE experience in a heavy industrial environment. Knowledge of Title V air permitting, CEMS reporting, and water permitting preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
