higher staff ratio and innovative technology , you'll care for patients living with advanced, chronic respiratory needs and complex medical conditions, including IVs, tube feedings, wound care, and more.

that includes a board-certified pulmonologist; nurse practitioner; 24-hour respiratory therapist coverage; ventilator certified nursing team; wound care certified nurse; on-site dialysis; and physical, occupational, and speech therapists with ventilator and tracheostomy training.

As a certified nursing assistant (CNA), you will:
assist residents with activities of daily living
provide a safe, comfortable, and home-like environment
make a difference in people's lives
Required Qualifications:
current certification as a certified nursing assistant (CNA) in the State of Wisconsin
individuals who have successfully completed a 75-hour training program and are waiting to complete the state exam are encouraged to apply
