Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for patients remotely
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address patient needs
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care
  • Conduct telepsychiatry sessions while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
  • Stay current with psychiatric advancements and best practices in treatment
  • Participate in continuing education and training programs to enhance professional skills


Requirements

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution
  • Board certification in Psychiatry is required
  • Valid medical license to practice in one or more U.S. states
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in psychiatric practice preferred
  • Experience with telemedicine and remote patient interaction is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and ethical standards in psychiatry
