Job Description

Develop, implement, and monitor quality control and assurance processes to meet industry standards. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with the engineering and manufacturing teams to address quality issues. Analyze data and create reports to identify trends and recommend improvements. Train and mentor team members on quality standards and procedures. Manage quality documentation and maintain accurate records. Work closely with suppliers to ensure raw materials meet quality specifications. Lead investigations into product defects and implement corrective actions. The Successful Applicant

A successful QC/QA Manager should have:

A strong understanding of quality control and assurance principles, particularly in the FMCG industry. Proven ability to manage quality systems and ensure compliance with regulations. Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineering and manufacturing. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and leadership abilities to guide and train team members. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. What's on Offer
