As a key part of this team, you will act as a vital link between business functions and IT, ensuring alignment of product strategies and the technical specifications necessary to support them.
The Business Intelligence and Analytics (BI&A) team is a centralized unit dedicated to unlocking the immense potential of reporting and analytics across diverse business areas. In this role, you will develop a deep understanding of both business needs and the applications landscape, enabling you to drive improvements in business processes and support overall business success. You will use your analytical skills to translate strategic goals into actionable requirements that enhance IT systems and deliver measurable value.
Key Responsibilities
Demonstrate expertise in Business Intelligence and Analytics (BI&A), including legacy and future capabilities, tools, and best practices.
Identify and resolve business BI&A challenges and data gaps in alignment with stakeholder needs.
Execute best practices for business analysis, employing effective requirements elicitation methods.
Prioritize and drive key initiatives for the BI&A Sustain team.
Collaborate with business analytics users to support their remediation efforts and enhance critical business knowledge.
Provide consultancy around data impacts during transitional phases.
Facilitate the adoption of future state platforms by coordinating BI&A efforts with legacy data teams.
Lead training sessions to cultivate data literacy and promote self-service data marts for reporting and analytics.
Partner with critical stakeholders to smoothly transition from legacy reporting systems to future state solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence and Analytics with proven data leadership skills.
Knowledge of BI&A capabilities and data domains is highly desirable.
Familiarity with SAP processes and their implications for future state data is preferred.
Experience with HANA/Business Objects, Google Cloud Platform (GCP)/BigQuery, SQL, Tableau, AtScale, Alteryx, and Teradata is beneficial.
Strong results-oriented, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with exceptional presentation abilities.
Proven track record of establishing productive relationships across various business analytics areas.

Anticipated salary range:
$103,500 - $147,900 Bonus eligible:
