that matter most for this role: EXPERIENCE REQUIRED * 2+ years of experience with Material Handling equipment specifically Automation/ conveyance/robotics * 2+ years of experience conducting predictive and preventative maintenance procedures * Multi skilled in both electrical and mechanical disciplines with relevant experience in robotics and automation * Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems. * Knowledge of PLC based controls systems. * Experience using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) to plan proactive maintenance, create work orders, etc. * Knowledge of Statutory Compliance requirements example OSHA, NFPA70 etc. * Ability to communicate (written & verbal) in English. * Ability to oversee and influence others on the team. * Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize many different projects and workload. * Experience detecting malfunctions and solving issues. * Experience with safe operation of power tools, hand tools, and machinery, * Packaging operation and high-speed automation experience * Ability to stand, walk and sit, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. * Comfort with exposure to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions. * Experience with safety oversight and safe operation of motor vehicles. * Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally without mechanical assistance. * Experience reviewing of blueprints and CAD drawings. * Exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions.
