We’re seeking energetic sales professionals with a proven ability to drive revenue through upselling, cross-selling, or expanding customer relationships. Applicants must showcase specific sales strategies or initiatives that will contribute to our studio’s success.

About the Role: As a Fitness Sales Associate, you’ll bring prior business-to-consumer (B2C) sales experience (not retail/apparel). You’re motivated by uncapped commissions, building relationships, and thriving in a positive, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do:

Drive membership sales in-studio and via community outreach.

Showcase the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching services to prospective clients.

Build strong relationships, recommend tailored memberships, and consistently meet/exceed sales goals.

Call leads, schedule appointments, and maintain detailed client records using CRM tools.

Represent Stretch Zone at off-site events and engage with the Miami Beach community.

Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, assisting with scheduling, and ensuring client satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven Sales Success: B2C experience with a history of exceeding sales targets.

Passion for Wellness: Interest in fitness, health, or wellness is a plus.

Strong Communication: Interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust quickly.

Organized & Detail-Oriented: Comfortable using CRM tools to manage leads and follow-ups.

Bilingual Preferred: Spanish and English speakers are highly valued.
