Trillium Staffing is now seeking Forklift Operators for long-term work!
Schedule is Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM (Overtime as required). Pay: $20.00/hour.

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator with slip sheet experience to support our shipping and receiving operations. This temporary position plays a vital role in ensuring accurate inventory movement and documentation within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:
-Operate a slip sheet forklift to safely load and unload trailers, transport materials, and position product throughout the facility.
-Accurately transfer parts and materials into and out of warehouse locations, both physically and within inventory systems.
-Perform inventory counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives.
-Read, interpret, and manage warehouse documentation such as packing slips, shipping logs, and inventory records.
-Identify and correct process errors; report or resolve damaged products and discrepancies.
-Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for receiving, storage, and shipping activities.
-Collaborate with team members and assist in other departments as needed.
-Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

Requirements:
-Proven experience operating slip sheet forklifts (required).
-Must pass a written forklift test.
-Strong attention to detail with the ability to recognize and correct errors.
-Ability to read and interpret shipping/inventory documents.
-Steel-toe boots are required to be worn.
-Flexibility to support various warehouse functions as needed.
