This position offers a hybrid work environment, requiring onsite presence 3 days a week. As a Senior Media Activation Manager, you will lead the strategic planning and execution of multi-channel media campaigns, with a primary focus on Sponsored Product Ads (SPA). Your role involves deepening your understanding of client businesses, ensuring timely completion of media requirements and aligning resources effectively to meet client objectives. Additionally, you will mentor and guide your team on SPA strategies, fostering collaboration across various teams to achieve media, client, and corporate goals. This role reports directly to the Associate Director of Media. Key Responsibilities: Support the forecasting, planning, and execution strategy for the retail media network. Manage the Sponsored Product Ads workload, including task distribution, staffing, and communicating resource needs to senior management. Provide ongoing support through regular feedback sessions and one-on-one meetings with your team. Translate client goals and marketing objectives into effective digital strategies. Stay informed about the media marketplace and identify new opportunities for clients. Develop strong internal and external relationships with clients and stakeholders. Encourage collaboration among internal and client teams to establish clear processes and roles. Identify challenges, resolve process-related issues, and ensure accurate process documentation. Act as an escalation point for planning and SPA activation best practices and troubleshooting. Lead the hiring, training, and development of new team members. Participate in special projects as needed. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in digital media planning, activation, or campaign management. At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Sponsored Product Ad buying platforms (Criteo, Kevel, Moloco, Amazon). At least 2 years of experience with programmatic DSPs (DV360, TTD, YouTube) and paid social platforms (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok). Experience with OMS platforms (Salesforce Media Cloud, Placements.IO, Advendio) and workflow management systems (JIRA, Workfront, Monday). Able to adapt to a dynamic startup environment with changing workflows. Experience in Shopper, CPG, or Retail Media Network sectors. Proven experience managing a team.
