Early Careers: Associate Broker- Cyber Broking. This is a business oriented broking opportunity within the Cyber Solutions team, and a non-technical role.

What You’ll Do

As a Cyber Broker at Aon, you’ll gain hands-on experience in client-facing work, from technical writing to verbal presentations. You’ll support senior team members throughout the full insurance brokerage process, helping prepare materials like proposals and presentations, and learning how to communicate with clients confidently and professionally. Early in your career, you’ll be exposed to high-impact topics like mergers and acquisitions and cyber liability coverage. You’ll build strong relationships with internal teams and external clients while developing a deep understanding of the insurance marketplace and how we help organizations manage risk.

Your Responsibilities May Include

  • Gathering and organizing information for client submissions
  • Supporting the broking process and providing ongoing service throughout the engagement
  • Assisting with billing, policy review, and documentation for your assigned clients
  • Using technology to streamline workflows and improve client service
  • Helping replicate successful solutions and identify new broking opportunities
  • Maintaining a detail-oriented approach, learning quickly, and growing in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Qualifications

  • College Seniors graduating between Spring 2025 to Spring 2026 with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
  • Willingness to obtain property & casualty license upon hire
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or in the future

What The Day Will Look Like

Development Planning: Participate in a comprehensive development plan that includes understanding Aon’s business areas, ethical standards, professional environment, networking opportunities, learning internal systems, and honing interpersonal and teamwork skills through collaboration events and colleague networking opportunities.

Salary

Pay Transparency Laws: The salary range for this position (U.S. applicants) is $68,000-$78,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on education, experience, skills, and location. The salary may be adjusted based on geographic location.

Benefits include a comprehensive package for full-time and regular part-time colleagues, including 401(k) with employer contributions, health insurance, paid time off, holidays, life insurance, and other options as described in plan documents.
