Join a cross-functional team to develop flight‑ready hardware from digital design for Major Release 2. Develop and update wiring diagrams, pin‑outs, and cable assemblies for processing cards and interfaces. Calculate load analyses and circuit protection to meet power‑quality requirements. Assemble and troubleshoot equipment in the integration environment, perform continuity checks, and firmware updates. Assist in vibration, thermal, and EMI/EMC tests, documenting results and supporting corrective actions. Maintain interface control documents, bills of material, and configuration data within digital environments. Generate test procedures, validation reports, and engineering change packages for flight‑test readiness.
