Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with experienced pharmacy benefit consultants. Conduct research on significant medication drivers affecting employers in the US. Utilize various analytical tools to create informative reports, dashboards, and perform complex data analyses. Understand the intricacies of Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) contracts and negotiations that yield savings for Plan Sponsors. Explore different PBM vendors and discern their unique offerings in the Rx benefits space. Engage actively in projects that align with your interests and significantly impact employer outcomes. Work together with other interns and professionals to achieve optimal project results. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Preferred candidates will be pursuing a Pre-medicine or Pre-pharmacy curriculum. Actively enrolled Pharmacy Students (incoming PharmD P2 or P3 classes) strongly encouraged to apply. Proven success in your academic endeavors and involvement in extracurricular activities. Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel is necessary. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills are a must. Excellent communication abilities. Proficient project management skills.
