Job Summary
Ibukun Comprehensive Community Services is seeking a licensed, trauma-informed Clinical Director to lead therapeutic programming and clinical operations at our therapeutic group homes for youth. This role is ideal for a seasoned clinician with a passion for trauma-focused care, Medicaid compliance, and team leadership.
Responsibilities
Supervise therapists and case managers, including monthly clinical supervisions
Oversee individual and group therapy services and ensure documentation meets agency and state standards
Manage clinical documentation including IM CANS, behavior plans, discharge summaries, and treatment notes
Collaborate with medical staff and external partners on medication protocols and psychiatric care
Provide training and technical assistance to clinical and case management teams
Ensure compliance with IMCANS, REDCap, SACWIS, Monitoring Tools, and other regulatory tools and compliance Represent the clinical team in interdisciplinary meetings, staffings, and central matching
Lead monthly group supervision and maintain Medicaid billing documentation standards
Participate in the multi-disciplinary referral and intake process
Qualifications
o Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field o Active Illinois licensure (LCSW, LCPC, or equivalent) o 3–5 years of clinical leadership experience, preferably in residential or therapeutic settings o Proficiency in Medicaid billing and trauma-informed care o Strong communication, organizational, and mentorship skill o Must pass DCFS fingerprint background check o Valid Illinois driver’s license required
