Solution Architect - Consulting Employee

Description We are seeking a talented Solution Architect with extensive experience in Health and Civil FEDSIM and OTA proposals to join our Consulting team. This exciting position is part of Leidos' Capture Operations & Excellence's Proposal Operations Group, known for supporting our most strategic bids across the organization. As a Solution Architect, you will collaborate directly with Capture Executives, Proposal Writers, and Technical and Management Volume Leads, helping to develop winning solutions that meet solicitation requirements. Your proven ability to succeed on large, complex bids will be crucial to our success. Primary Responsibilities: Support high-value proposals, including traditional, FEDSIM, and OTA's, by architecting innovative technical solutions, staffing plans, and developing compelling written and oral presentations. Act as a Proposal Review Team Member to provide insights on proposal content, ensuring compliance and effective messaging. Collaborate with a dynamic team to clearly articulate solutions, strategy, work approaches, relevant experiences, and competitive advantages in both written and oral formats. Assist in preparing for oral presentations by working closely with key personnel, coaching, and script writing. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and at least 15 years of related experience, including 10 years as a solution architect for U.S. Federal Government solicitations. Demonstrated success in developing high-quality, high-scoring proposals. Exceptional writing and communication skills. Strong organizational and leadership capabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Willingness to travel as needed to support proposal efforts. Desired Qualifications: Over 15 years of experience in a competitive proposal environment, with 10+ years focused on U.S. Federal Government solicitations. Experience with FEDSIM proposals is a plus. Ability to coach and convey complex solutions and strategies in a clear and articulate manner for both written submissions and oral presentations.
