AdventHealth South Overland Park strives to provide comprehensive medical and emergency services to communities in southern Johnson County. Our skilled team offers 24/7 emergency room services, along with ICU care, labor and delivery, cardiology care, surgical services, and various therapy options. The state-of-the-art facility is paired with a medical office building that offers a full array of services including internal medicine, cardiology, orthopedics, OB/GYN, endocrinology, and more. Join us in our commitment to ensure patients feel whole throughout their entire lives. The role you'll contribute: The Patient Care Supervisor (PCS) will oversee administrative duties during evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Acting as a role model for our facility's vision and values, the PCS is responsible for regulatory compliance in accordance with the Kansas Nurse Practice Act, and established policies and protocols. You will collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and team members to meet customer needs in a healing and patient-focused environment. This role requires effective administration, supervision, and coaching to strengthen our accountable work team. Advocate for patient rights and ensure ethical standards are upheld. Qualifications: The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed: Kansas Registered Nurse License.
