As a Senior Recruiter GTM, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition department supporting the recruitment of top marketing and GTM professionals. What's the Job?
Create and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier GTM talent in the energy and technology sectors
Hire across various levels for roles in Field Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, and Marketing Operations
Partner with marketing leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective talent sourcing plans
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
Coordinate with recruiting team members to develop, execute, and refine hiring strategies for open requisitions
What's Needed?
8-12 years of recruiting experience, preferably within the energy or technology industry
Proven success in sourcing and hiring top GTM professionals, including Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Communications roles
Experience with applicant tracking systems and social recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Facebook, and Indeed
Exceptional interviewing, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple searches and projects efficiently
