Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly analytical and process-driven Business Intelligence Analyst to support and enhance our internal operations across the Order to Cash (O2C) lifecycle. This role will focus on evaluating and improving end-to-end business processes-from order management and fulfillment to invoicing and cash application-ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards.

The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, Sales, Customer Service, external vendors, and IT to identify inefficiencies, gather business requirements, and recommend process improvements. This position requires strong business acumen, excellent documentation and communication skills, and a deep understanding of O2C workflows within an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities:

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will develop a strong understanding of each business function's objectives and challenges, and you will serve as the bridge between business needs and technical execution. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Partnering with business leaders to define reporting and analytics requirements. Providing insight into analytics process to generate new and updated metrics and reporting. Translating business needs into clear functional requirements and specifications for technical teams. Validating and interpreting data to ensure accuracy and consistency. Maintaining and updating dashboards and reports to confirm usability and alignment with organizational priorities. Coordinating with technical staff to prioritize development, enhancements, and maintenance of reporting systems. Monitoring data quality and escalating issues as needed. Driving adoption and training business users on how to leverage dashboards and analytics tools. Reviewing and providing quality control for report development. Education:

Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or related field 8+ years of experience in analytics, business analysis, consulting, finance, accounting, or economic field with an emphasis on using data to support decisions or advanced degree and 6+ years of experience. Skills/Competencies:

Must have expert knowledge of Power PI. Must have familiarity with data environments (e.g. SQL) to be able to understand capabilities and constraints. Strong business analysis skills, with the ability to connect data insights to business objectives. Able to collect and translate requirements into actionable reporting specifications General understanding of financial and accounting principles, particularly the Order to Cash process. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Adaptability in handling multiple evolving tasks Highly motivated, hard-working, eager to learn and able to motivate others Preferred Skills:

Experience in the medical device industry Understanding of common ERP and CRM software packages (SAP, Salesforce, etc.) Knowledge of data transformation, cleansing, or automation concepts (Python, VBA, ETL tools), even if not primary executor

Additional Information: The US base salary range for this full-time position is $114,150.00 - $171,225.00. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the primary work location in the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
