Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Independently or collaboratively document manufacturing processes for components, connectors, cable assemblies, and harnesses used in Amphenol Industrial products Learn core product knowledge from the Product Marketing team, Process Engineers, and Design Engineers Ensure all documentation complies with Quality System requirements, including validating or overseeing process validation during development Review and update Bills of Materials (BOMs) from a manufacturing and assembly perspective; support other departments as needed regarding BOMs Create and maintain accurate work instructions for new product introductions (NPIs) Participate in Engineering Change Notifications (ECNs) by submitting requests and reviewing/approving changes Collaborate with outside engineering services or suppliers to support internal teams or departmental goals May lead support staff during NPI builds for connectors, cable assemblies, or harnesses Conduct time studies and evaluate existing time standards in coordination with Manufacturing, Assembly, and Product Marketing teams Continuously build technical knowledge and skills; proactively share expertise with colleagues Make sound decisions with timely execution; involve the appropriate team members in the decision-making process Effectively contribute to multiple project teams and support various design engineering needs simultaneously Communicate proficiently using modern tools and office software; work within a shared project management platform Organize and prioritize tasks efficiently, set clear goals, and develop actionable plans Adapt well to changing priorities, delays, or unexpected challenges Take initiative on new assignments and clarify priorities with the direct supervisor when needed Occasionally visit customers alongside Sales or Business Development team members as required Qualifications:

Required:

Bachelor's degree (B.A.), BSEE degree or equivalent from an accredited College or University or minimum of three years related experience Self-motivated with strong attention to detail & time management Proficient in Microsoft Office Software (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) Preferred:

Hi mix/low volume manufacturing experience a plus. Proficient Solidworks software experience is a plus.
