Description
Responsible for providing application and system support for the University's enterprise information systems. This position will work closely with all administrative offices to help support and maintain enterprise applications as well as write and create database reports as needed. Examples of Duties
SQL Database and report building and updating
35%Working with Ellucian Colleague ERP System 30% Enterprise System Maintenance 15%VM Administration10%Enterprise Account Management10% Typical Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is required, Masters preferred. Three years' providing system and database support for an integrated management system. Experience with Ellucian Colleague preferred but not required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Identify, evaluate, and implement application solution development of enterprise applications. Explore user requests for systems support and develop alternative systems and approaches to allow users to more effectively utilize enterprise administrative software. Analyze and resolve issues, working closely with business user(s) and vendor support. Develop new processes/workflows for existing modules as requested/needed. Ensure the reliability and integrity of applications and their data (in conjunction with IT colleagues) Provide reports and other data in formats required by external agencies in a timely manner. Support enterprise system VMware environments. Other duties as assigned. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship.
