PrideStaff is seeking a
Temporary Warehouse Associate
for an industrial equipment supplier. This role will be a temporary role for around
1-2 months,
assisting the current warehouse staff. The purpose of this role is to accurately and promptly assemble and deliver customer orders.
Location: Fort Bragg, NC 28307
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00am-4:30pm
Pay Rate: $18/hr.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations: Handle all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, forklift operating, moving materials to the retail floor, and managing the warehouse space.
Order Processing: Pack and inspect completed orders, verify stock counts for accuracy, and create necessary documentation such as packing slips, Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), and other internal documents.
Quality Control: Conduct quality reviews and correct any order errors before moving them to the shipping station.
Inventory and Maintenance: Perform regular product inventories, conduct area maintenance (including cleaning floors, worktables, offices, and staging areas), and perform preventative maintenance on forklifts and other equipment. Required Qualifications
Education: High school graduate with two years of relevant training.
Experience: Previous forklift and warehouse experience in a military or commercial environment.
Skills: A thorough working knowledge of warehouse operations.
Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, base supply managers, and other employees.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00
