Job Summary
We are a newly established, comprehensive health and wellness clinic in Gillette, Wyoming, dedicated to providing top-notch healthcare to our community. Our clinic is designed to allow physicians to spend more time with fewer patients each day, ensuring personalized care. We seek a compassionate Physician to join our team of internists, specialists, and other medical professionals. Our practice includes traditional medicine, Direct Primary Care (DPC), concierge care, hyperbaric medicine, and regenerative/ longevity medicine and research. We offer advanced technology and are open to adopting additional resources to support your specialty.
Education and Experience Requirements Valid Medical Degree (MD or DO) Completion of residency in dermatology by the hire date Active medical license to practice dermatology in Wyoming, or eligibility to obtain one Active DEA certificate, or ability to obtain one Board certified, or board eligible Strong verbal and written communication skills Compassionate and empathetic demeanor with patients and colleagues Benefits and Compensation
Salary : Competitive base salary with additional incentives in hyperbaric medicine and regenerative research Sign-On Bonus : $30,000 at the start of the contract Relocation and Housing Assistance : $20,000 relocation bonus Health Insurance : Employer-sponsored plan through Cigna, with low deductibles and premiums covered by the company Additional Insurance : Employer allotment for Disability, Life Insurance, Cancer coverage, Accident policies, and more Retirement : 8% matched 401(k) PTO & Leave : 6 weeks of PTO, 6 paid holidays, 7 sick days Continuing Education : $5,000 and 5 days for further education Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm Malpractice : Employer-paid coverage ($1,000,000 / $3,000,000)
